10 Business Days Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns of eligible items postmarked within 10 business days of the delivery date. Returns received after the 10 days will not be accepted. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Refunds cannot be issued to alternate cards or different forms of payment.


Order Cancellation

  1. Full Refund: We offer a full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should submit an order cancellation request to our customer service via ebuytide@gmail.com.

  2. Partial Refund: For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer a partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee.

  3. No Cancellations: We will NOT accept order cancellation requests if the orders have been shipped.


How to Return?

Please submit an item change request to customer service via ebuytide@gmail.com. We will provide you with the return address.

Notice: The address on the package is not the return address.


Return & Exchange Conditions

Except for products designated as non-returnable, we will accept returns of unworn, unwashed items in new condition with the original tags and hygienic liners attached within 10 business days of their delivery date.

  1. Returns after the 10-day window will not be accepted. If an item is returned after this period, it may be sent back to your default delivery address with additional shipping charges.
  2. Items not returned in their original condition will have an $8 damage/cleaning fee deducted from the refund.
  3. Please pack your return package carefully to avoid damage during transit. We are not responsible for returns until they reach our return address. Ensure to get proof of postage for tracking purposes.
  4. Return shipping costs are not covered by us. Please use a standard shipping service that provides tracking for your return.
  5. Any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. If not, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
  6. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

Refund

  • Returns will be processed within 7 days of receiving your package. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and cannot be sent to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
  • Shipping charges will be deducted from refunds for customers who enjoyed free shipping.

Compensation:
EBUYTIDE will compensate customers with $8 for return shipping in the form of an exclusive coupon code under the following circumstances:

  1. The customer received the wrong item.
  2. The item is broken or defective (Customers must contact ebuytide@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving their order for defective items).

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7-15 business days.


Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted.
  3. Contact your bank since processing times vary.

Notice:

  • Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs.
  • No restocking fees will be charged for product returns.
