10-Day Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns of eligible items postmarked within 10 days of the delivery date. Returns received after the 10 days will not be accepted. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Refunds cannot be issued to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
1.We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should submit an order cancellation request to our customer service via email@example.com.
2. Once you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee.
3.We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.

Return & Exchange Conditions
Except for any products designated on the Site as non-returnable, we will accept returns of unworn, unwashed items in new condition with the original tags and hygienic liners attached within 10 days of their delivery date.
1. Please note that we don't accept returns after the 10 day time frame. If an item is sent back after the 10 day window, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
2. Our items that are not returned in their original condition will have an additional $8 damage/cleaning fee deducted from the refund total.
3. Remember to take extra care to pack your return package properly so they don't get damaged on the way - we are not responsible for any returns until they reach our return address. Please also make sure to get proof of postage for reference in case you need to check the status with the carrier before it reaches us.
4. We currently are unable to offer a free returns service, so return shipping must be made at your own cost. To ensure a successful return, please return using a standard shipping service that provides tracking.
5. For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
6. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
Returns will be processed within 7 days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account and cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
Note: Customers who enjoyed free shipping on their orders, the shipping charge will be deducted from refund.

1. Customer received the wrong item.
2. The item is broken, defective. (For broken or defective items, customers must contact email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving their order.)
3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-15 business days.
4. If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account first.
5.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
